Hi! My name is Michelle Mulcahy and I’m so happy you’re here!

My Career

My journey has been quite an adventure. My career was a retail specialist until I had my son in 2011. After being a stay-home mom for 6 years, I decided I was ready to go back to work. I loved my local gym so much that it is where I wanted to work. I was quickly hired as the front desk clerk, soon promoted to club supervisor and then as a personal trainer! It was here that I realized I love fitness and wellness and I wanted to share it with others. Covid happened and we have since built a garage gym where I did 1:1 coaching, and now where my family and I do our daily training.

My Wellness Philosophy

Our bodies are amazing! I believe that with a healthy mind, good nutrition and healthy habits, we can be the best version of ourselves. I believe that your exercise and training needs to be intentional and with purpose so that you will be stronger as you age. Every movement that I train is intended to teach you how to be stronger in your daily life. I strive to help people change the way they think and feel about themselves. To help find healthy habits and routines, that will create a lifestyle that they love! A workout is only 1/24 of your day, I want to also help you be successful in the other hours of the day to improve your overall well-being.

I believe that exercise is a part of everyday life. Exercise is not temporary, we need to move our bodies every day! I want your exercise to be something you enjoy and I want to continue through all your life stages. I do my best to lead by example and I want to help people to make changes in their lifestyle to do the same. I went through a transformation of my own a few years to get where I am today. I am always working to be better. I am also a realist and know that life happens, we have ups and downs, starts and finishes. I am here to help encourage you to keep moving forward! Every day is a new day, another chance to get stronger, to eat better, to live healthier, and to be the best version of you! Starting with little changes over time and you will be amazed with how you transform. You have to be aware that change doesn’t happen quickly. With time, patience and consistency, you will blossom into something you never thought possible
